Debt Recovery Plus required a 24 hour IVR payment service and website based payment portal to provide their customers with a quick and easy way to make payments across multiple channels, at the same time enabling DRP to free up the time and resources to focus on their core business activities.
DRP required the services to update their in-house systems in real time and look up against customer reference details to offer tailor-made payment arrangements and validate accounts if required.
Key IVR designed and built an IVR system, which was able to look up references from their systems to return balance information and check the validity of an account number. It was designed to validate card numbers and card type, then automatically apply the correct surcharge based on card type. Payments are posted using the web service into the DRP systems in real time. Their web payments portal allows their customers to make payments using desktop or mobile devices. Key IVR retain detailed logs of the visits to the site and the stage reached in the payment process allowing DRP to monitor fraudulent payment attempts.
