Vehicle Credit needed to have an automated payment system that could be integrated with their Collections system whereby customers could be directed automatically when calling the office to make a payment against their arrears and also for the team of collectors to transfer customers to, following a call, to process their payments. Vehicle Credit needed the system to be compliant and ask customers to confirm data protection prior to entering their card details and then once authorised. To complete the automation the payment then needed to be reconciled to the customers agreement and applied correctly – ensuring that there was a correct application for each payment between installment value/interest/fees etc.
Key IVR worked closely with Vehicle Credit and their collections software company to ensure that all the requirements were met and that the automated payment line integrated efficiently to provide a smooth operation for customers.
Full testing occurred at various stages and Key IVR were open to suggestions and modifications at all stages to ensure expectations were fully met and exceeded in some cases.
