We are very proud to announce the introduction of speech to our platform.

Speech Recognition works best when we can give the user a few options to choose from and guide them though an IVR using the spoken word. We have built the new platform to support an automatic fail over to touch-tone, so a user can easily revert back to a standard input whenever they like.
